A classical building of vast proportions, it has an extremely deep chancel and, on the left side of the transept, the famous painting by Ingres, Le Voeu de Louis XIII. The façade has an imposing peristyle supporting the colossal statues of the four Evangelists (they are copies, the originals are safely tucked up inside!).
