The private residence of the Comte de Manse, the King's treasurer, was designed by Italian artists. It has a fine interior façade with a twin colonnade encompassing the staircase known as the “degré de Manse”. Unfortunately, the door is often closed. The hôtel Baschy du Cayla opposite has a Louis XV façade.
