Begun in 1324 by the second King of Majorca, Sanche, this cathedral was only consecrated in 1509. It has a typically Catalan façade of pebble and brick. The nave is impressive. In one of the side chapels, there are the painted remains of the original organ case. See the poignant carved wood retables of Dévôt Christ. Under the organ, a passage leads to the Romanesque chapel of Notre Dame dels Correchs, containing many relics.
