For some people, the three bronze arms on the façade symbolise the “hands” or categories of electors that were once called here to choose the five consuls of the town. For others, these are simply torch holders. There is a bronze by Maillol (La Méditerranée) in the arcaded courtyard. Inside, the marriage room has a lovely 15C coffered ceiling.
