Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

With the cliffs of the Gorges de l’Aveyron as a backdrop, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, a charming medieval town with round-tile roofs, is set around its rare 11C town hall. In the Middle Ages the town received a tax from the linen merchants who came here and built fine houses in the 13C, 14C and 15C. Located at the border of the Quercy, Albigeois and Rouergue regions, it is the perfect place for exploring the Gorges de l’Aveyron where there is excellent canoeing-kayaking, rock climbing and hiking.
