Toulouse : Michelin's recommendations
At approximately 50km from the central Pyrenees, Toulouse has been the capital of Occitania since the time of Raymond and the Counts of Toulouse. Toulouse prospered from the woad business, and kept its status by becoming the aeronautical capital of Europe thanks to Airbus.
