Named after the nearby fine arts school, the chefs at Les Beaux Arts are indeed veritable artists in the kitchen. Specialities include shellfish, oysters, fresh fish and top quality meats. The brasserie's original Art Nouveau decor has been carefully restored with walnut panelling, huge mirrors and glittering chandeliers creating an air of pure luxury. There are two menu options to choose from: the Discovery menu or the Gourmet menu.
