This 18th-century castle is in the city centre of Aiguefonde, on the south side of the Montagne Noire. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and elegant rooms with period furniture. Each room in the Chateau D' Aiguefonde is individually furnished. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with claw-foot bath and also have views of the garden. The castle has a large garden with fountains and weekly concerts are organised in the garden. Also guests can relax on the deck area near the pool. At the Chateau D' Aiguefonde’s restaurant, a traditional French cuisine is prepared for dinner, and breakfast is also provided. Guests can enjoy their meal in the French Garden or be served around the swimming pool. In the surrounding area guests can visit the museums of Albi, Castres, Carcassonne and Toulouse, and also the Cathar Castles.
