Occupying a former cotton mill, its great hall on the ground floor supported by stone columns displays old machinery bearing witness to man’s quest to harness the power of water and wind: presses, mills, tilt hammers, saws… The first floor focuses on man’s relationship with the geological world, the second floor with the plant kingdom. This museum is one of the “Musée du Rouergue” group of ten local museums.
