Macinaggio : Michelin's recommendations

Frequented since ancient times, the Macinaggio mooring is to this day used by seafarers. This little seaside resort overlooked by the hamlets of Rogliano can accommodate nearly 600 boats in its modern port. A remarkable customs path marked out with Genoese towers begins at Macinaggio beach and runs along the protected coastline, passing by Tamarone Bay and the protected zone of Capandula. Take a boat across to the Finocchiarola islands nature reserve, a group of three small islands used as a nesting ground by Audouin gulls.
