Of a sober and singular elegance in spite of its rustic nature, the architecture of this peaceful village of the Castagniccia region embodies a certain ideal of typical rural Corsica. Indeed the house that you will notice on a hilltop to your right as you enter the village has become one of the island's most photographed subjects.
