Musée des Impressionismes Giverny : Michelin's recommendations
Some paintings from the Terra Museum of American Art's Collections in Chicago represent American art. Views of Giverny as early as 1880 by Louis Ritter, Théodore Wendel, Willard Metcalf, etc. are exhibited here. Works by transition artists, such as Lilla Cabot Perry, Richard Miller, Théodore Butler, painted between 1895 and 1920 at Giverny, complete this collection. Finally, works painted by John Singer Sargent, Mary Cassat, Henry O. Tanner, etc. between 1840 and 1920 are also exhibited.

Pros
Ce serait dommage de visiter la maison de Claude Monet et de négliger ce musée des impressionnistes américains dont les oeuvres sont vraiment superbes ! (Et si vous avez une petite faim à la sortie vous pouvez déjeuner au restaurant du musée, il est d'un bon rapport qualité prix).
