Gournay-en-Bray : Michelin's recommendations

Gourmay-en-Bray owes its prosperity to its dairy industry which supplies fromage frais (the excellent petits suisses and carrés Gervais are made in the Bray area) all over France. It is also a good starting point to discover the area which, hollowed out of the chalk in the Caux region to the north of the River Seine valley, offers 75km of green countryside with alternating vales, chalky slopes, hillsides and meadows, some planted with apple trees with cattle grazing in the distance.
