Honfleur Travel guide
Honfleur
: Michelin's recommendations
Honfleur is situated on the Seine estuary, where the river is spanned by the impressive Pont de la Normandie (Normandy Bridge). Positioned between the Auge region and the appropriately named Côte de Grâce, Honfleur is a year round distillation of the holiday spirit. One could wander for hours around the Vieux Bassin (Old Harbour), St Catherine's bell-tower, and the charming old streets of half-timbered houses. Every day in the harbour a flotilla of boats unload the catch of fish and shellfish.
