Flanked by a Belfry tower and topped with a pavilion roof, this Renaissance building bestrides the street with a flattened arcade. The clock was put in place in 1527. The hours' dial has a single hand and is completed by a «weekly counter». The sombre Belfry tower (1398) replaced the one that Charles VI knocked down in punishment for the so-called Harelle riots.
