Cergy-Pontoise : Michelin's recommendations

Cergy-Pontoise is one of the five new towns built on the outskirts of Paris. The agglomeration has a horseshoe layout that encloses a large park and runs along the last meander of the River Oise. The varied styles of its neighbourhoods bear witness to the evolution in architecture and town planning of recent years. 190 000 people live here, spread out over 12 different communes, of which Pontoise is undoubtedly the best known.
