In the old, 17C Augustine convent, a reconstitution of a traditional Flemish kitchen and objects recalling the town's past. Flemish and Dutch paintings in the cloister (Rubens, Van Dyck) and 19C and 20C French paintings (Theodore Rousseau and Bouguereau). However, the stars of the show are the town's giants, the Valiant Roland of Hazebrouck, his wife, Toriaé and daughter Babe-Tisje.
