Maubeuge Travel guide
Maubeuge : Michelin's recommendations
In the heart of the major industrial basin running from Aulnoye to Jeumont, Maubeuge developed around a convent founded in the 7C. The modern, white town of today designed to plans by the architect, André Lurçat, has suffered a direct hit from the iron and steel crisis.
