Meulan : Michelin's recommendations

The old town of «Meullant», for a long time the chief administrative town of the counts of Vexin, was attached to the Crown in 1204. Its role as a stronghold of the French Vexin and its position on the River Seine were to bring it misfortune during the Hundred Years' War. In the outer suburbs of Paris, this important horticultural market also has boatbuilding yards, specialising in pleasure boats.
