The small terrace runs from the Henri IV pavilion to the Rosarium roundabout. The viewing table of the Touring Club of France is amusing (exhausting, depending on your mood). It shows what you would have seen about thirty years earlier! The Grand terrace stretches out beyond the roundabout and is one of Le Notre's master pieces. 2400 metres long, and bordered with hundred-year old lime trees, this is one of the most famous walks around the outskirts of Paris. The English garden is nearby.
