This delicate château made mainly of pink marble, was built by Mansart, and was reserved for the royal family. It is decorated in a sober manner, furnished with Empire, Restoration or Louis-Philippe style furniture. The flower gardens are full of charm. The only exception to the simplicity of this place is the Buffet d'Eau, fountain by Jules Hardouin-Mansart (1703).
