Museums

Museum ticket offices close 30min before the museums. Churches cannot be visited during services and are generally closed between 12noon and 2pm.

Most national museums and monuments are free for European Union nationals under 26. National museums are free to everyone on the 1st Sunday of each month.

To find out what’s on in Paris, pick up a copy of Pariscope or L’Officiel des spectacles (€0.40/0.35), which come out every Wednesday.

Lylo, published every three weeks, is distributed free of charge in cafés, concert halls, record and book shops, FNACs, city libraries. It provides a full list of up-and-coming music events.
