Caviar has a reputation for being out of the reach of most kitchen budgets. But now a French caviar house is trying to bring it, if not to the masses, at least to a wider audience -- by running regular caviar workshops which give customers a taste of the main varieties, and a quick master class on cooking suggestions from their head chef.
