Un endroit fort sympathique : un menu surprise très très bon, un œuf basse température parfait, un oignon au chorizo tout doux et plein de goût, du porc rose avec blettes et champignons parfait. Et de judicieux conseils sur le choix des vins.

Cons

Un seul dessert et c'est bien dommage, sur ce menu une touche de chocolat aurait confiné à l'excellence.

What a fantastic restaurant! The question is why no star(s) yet? Small plates, amazing flavours, inventive technique and charming service. A cutting edge fusion of Japanese and contemporary European (Noma?) influences feels utterly individual and of the moment. If the future looks like this, we're happy!

Certains plats sont très réussis, il y a de belles associations de saveurs et de textures. Le service est accueillant, est serviable.

Cons

Les desserts sont anecdotiques, la salle est exigue et très bruyante. Rapportés à l'assiette, les tarifs sont exorbitants. Le chef est talentueux, mais on a l'impression que cette qualité prend une trop grande part dans l'addition. Dommage.

This is one of the finest restaurant experiences ever!!! what a great chef. A rollercoaster of culinary creativity, matched with surprising and fantastically paired wines. You feel passion and effort in everything: friendly no frills reception, passion in the kitchen, attention to detail,... The setting: a tiny place, you sit 'in' the kitchen, almost everybody at one long table. Not easy for service as they have to work their way behind the row of stools at both side of the tables. If you want to be grumpy about that, you could. But it's just part of the experience. Because that's what this is: not just a dinner but à complete experience for a great evening out. Go!!

Or don't go if you're looking for a traditional place with bowing waiters.

Coté très tendance de ne donner que l'ingrédient qui va être accommodé au gré de l'humeur de l'instant du chef: souvent bon. L'accord des vins proposé complète très bien l'aspect découverte.

Cons

salle très exiguë (trop?), service qui a du mal à suivre et difficile de suivre le diner sans fil conducteur. Au final, facture plutôt salée et concept à peaufiner.

Le côté "laboratoire" est intéressant, clientèle internationale.

Cons

La salle est minuscule, l'extraction pas efficace, teinturier nécessaire à la sortie. Le niveau des plats est très inégal, avec beaucoup de prétention pour certains d'entre eux, il faut avoir les moyens de ses ambitions..
