Une authenticité, comme l'on en trouve plus ! Cuisine très proche de la cuisine des "Mères Lyonnaises" avec des recettes de terroir simples et goûteuses. Un cadre et une atmosphère provinciale indémodable en plein coeur de Paris. Un attachement de longue date (je venais toute petite avec mes parents en 1965 !)
