A stone's throw from the Louvre, imagine a modern bistro with bottles all over the place. This is the setting in which Cyril Rouquet, one of the finalists of French MasterChef 2010, dons his apron every day. He cooks up good, full-flavoured recipes such as tournedos and new potatoes or chocolate fondant. Very amiable staff.
