Built in the flamboyant Gothic style of the 15C, it was the former parish of the Lombardy usurers who set up in the quartier. The inside, which is flamboyant, still preserves some beautiful window panes from the 16C and some magnificent panelling. Saint-Saëns was formerly the holder of the great organs with a majestic case from the 17C.
