Built in 1780 by Claude-Nicolas Ledoux in imitation of the la Rotonda de Palladio villa in Vicence (Italy), this is one of the last traces of the enclosure of the farmer generals. This sober building situated at the extremity of the basin of la Villette, which until the beginning of 2001 accommodated the commission of Old Paris, is now awaiting assignment. A Musical Café ?
