Along with the Musée de la Mode et du Textile and the Musée de la Publicité, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs is part of a unique museum complex in France in the field of applied arts. It also includes the Musée Nissim-de-Camondo, the Bibliothèque des Arts Décoratifs, the École Camondo and the Ateliers du Carrousel. The 5 000 exhibits (ceramics, furniture, gold and silverwork, jewellery, glass, wallpaper, drawings, toys) provide a superb overview of decorative arts from the Middle Ages to the 21C.
