A superb 12C keep that stands 44 metres high, flanked by four towers. It is the emblem of the town. The «shirt» that surrounds the base was added by the English during the Hundred Years War, which it is known as the «Pâté aux Anglais». From the gallery around the keep, there is a, view over the town centre and the Briarde countryside. A level up, the bells of Saint-Quiriace mourn the demise of their belltower.
