In the rooms overlooking the garden, the carved woodwork and the 18C fireplaces are set off by an extremely beautiful grouping of Louis XV furniture and panelling. The corridor from the chapel leads to the Treasure Room, where the famous 12C gilded and enamelled Pied de Croix de St-Bertin is on display, a masterpiece of the local goldsmith's art. Among the ceramics, an exceptional collection of Delft (750 pieces) is worthy of attention. Numerous Flemish primitives and smaller 17C works.
