A signposted path leads to the chapel carved out of the rock which contains the tomb of St Roman. From the terrace, there is a fine view over the Rhône, Avignon and the Ventoux area with Tarascon in the foreground. On the way back down, note the vast chamber and the monks’ cells, constituting a site of captivating simplicity.

Magnifique site qui vaut le détour et la vue sur le rhône est splendide, en ce mois de juillet avait lieu dans l'abbaye la bénédiction des chevaux et des gardians de Camargue, un grand moment à Beaucaire
