Malaucène Travel guide
Malaucène : Michelin's recommendations
This typical Provençal town is, for the most part, surrounded by a large avenue shaded by huge plane trees. The old town with its small streets, old houses, fountains, wash-houses and oratories, with an old belfry crowned by a wrought-iron bell cage at its centre, is a welcoming and refreshing haven. Its 14C fortified church is also worthy of mention. A path to the left leads to the calvary, which commands a fine view of the Drôme mountains and Mont Ventoux.
