Housed in the Pierre-de-Luxembourg mansion, the municipal museum displays some exceptional artworks, including a 14C Virgin in polychrome ivory, carved from elephant tusk. Note also the Virgin with two faces from the Nuremberg school (14C), the chasuble reputedly belonging to Innocent VI (18C) and the 17C Holy Sacrament veil decorated with pearls. Also displayed are paintings by artists including Nicolas Mignard (Jesus in the Temple, 1649) and Philippe de Champaigne (The Visitation, circa 1644).
