Tomino : Michelin's recommendations
The church, the Baroque-style chapel of the confraternity and a Genoese tower look out over the village, constructed upon an often windswept rocky spur. From in front of the church the view drops down to the bay and the port of Macinaggio and extends to the islands of Finocchiarola and Capraia in the distance. Tomino is said to be one of the first centres of Christianity in 6C Corsica. Today the inhabitants of Tomino produce wine with their neighbours in Rogliano. This region of the Cap Corse produces a prized Muscat wine.
