Le pain, choix des vin, les desserts (faits en temps réel), le choix des produits.
Cons
Le fameux bœuf bio (il n'y avait plus de veau!) n'était pas bien accompagné (quelques légumes et peu de brocciu), donc finalement assez cher pour la préparation (30 Eur pour simplement quelques bonnes tranches peu assaisonnées). Entrée bonne ( gambas&mangue) mais aussi trop chère pour la confection, finalement assez facile. Le bib gourmand ne doit être justifié que pour le menu terroir corse. Car sinon le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. Service très lent, personnel peu présent mais sympa!
