      Nach einiger Zeit mal wieder im first floor waren positv überrascht vom neuem modernen Ambiente .Das empfohlene Menü mit korrespondierender Weinbegleitung erwies sich als sehr gute Entscheidung . Nach jedem Gang freuten wir uns schon auf den nächsten . Rundum perfekt abgestimmte Gerichte mit klarer Tendenz zum zweiten Stern . Kompliment und vielen Dank für den schönen Abend .

      Cons

      Dinner 9 courses menu took 4,5 hours (without coffee), Chef standing at the bar with glass of wine and chatting with the staff needs more time. No balanced and harmonic menu. Last hour nobody asked for our wishes, (no water on table), very formal service (real obsession for cutlery serving). At the end of dinner, nobody asked for our satisfaction, may be they knew our answer without words.
