  Pros

  Une cuisine d'une très grande inventivité et créavité (menu ganznah) : l'entrée composée de différents légumes et fruits de saison (petits pois, carottes, ananas préparé) était particulièrement intéressante. Une mention spéciale au Siedler Gin. Une carte des vins qui fait la part belle aux vins allemands.

  The premises were cosy, the decoration beautiful and all together created a positive atmosphere. The service-stuff was really flexible, and helped me to switch one dish from the "faraway" menu to one from the "quitenear" menu. The quality of the food was really good, but I had expected a more experimental kitchen.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, the service seemed to be less-interested in the customers opinon and feelings. Just at the end of our stay we got asked if everything was satisfying, but none asked us during the evening, if the wine or food was for our satisfaction. Furthermore did they serve one dish for both of us, even though my partner was at the toilet, instead of waiting and coming back to explain what my partner got. This seemed really unprofessional. I cannot see where the second star comes from.

  Fantastic service, warm welcome. Two menus to chose- "quite near" with more local accents and "far away". Congratulations to the 2nd Michelin star! Well deserved! Focus on European wines nothing to complain about as there are quite interesting, great wines amongst them. we strongly recommend the wine pairings

  Super freundlicher und professioneller Service! Tolle Weinbegleitung mit schönen "Überraschungen"! Die Gerichte mit ihrer Mischung aus rohen Zutaten und erstklassig verarbeiteten Produkten überraschen und überzeugen fast immer. Hier kann man sicher viele neue Geschmackskombinationen kennenlernen!

  Recht begrenzte Kombinations- oder Austauschmöglichkeiten, da nur zwei Menüs, aber keine à la carte Gerichte angeboten werden.

  Visit July 17th 2011: We had a fantastic night at Reinstoff and can strongly recommend the restaurant a visit. The food was a great experience based on a combination of good raw materials, fantastic taste and very well prepared on the plates. The service was fine and friendly staff the entire night. Overall full value for the money.

  The vine list only includes German & Spanish wines which have to be taken into consideration.

  Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und angenehm unaufdringlicher Service in einer zwanglosen Atmosphäre. Alle Speisen sehr aromatisch, ein absoluter Genuß für Auge und Zunge. Kompetente Beratung durch den Sommelier mit schönen Entdeckungen bei spanischen Weinen und Digestifs.
