Großer Hamburger straße : Michelin's recommendations

Bibendum
The oldest Jewish cemetery in Berlin was used from 1672 to 1827, and destroyed in 1943 on the orders of the Gestapo. A stele was erected in 1990 in the memory of philosopher Moses Mendelssohn, replacing the three previous tombstones that had been destroyed. Nearby stood the oldest hospice of Berlin's Jewish community, which the Gestapo turned into a meeting place. The school and college of the Jewish community have been restored.
