Das freundliches Personal empfing uns nett. Vorspeise: Sautierte Kalbsbäckchen mit Apfel-Sellerie Salat und Rapunzel / Hauptspeise: Rosa Rinderfilet mit Dijonsenf-Thymian Kruste dazu Steckrüben im Wirsingmantel und Schafskäsepolenta / Nachspeise: Schokoladentarte mit Eierlikörparfait Alle Gänge waren genau richtig zu bereitet. Die Bäckchen waren zart und gut. Das Filet war zart Rosa und der Wirsing schmackhaft passend dazu die Polenta. D&J Großmann aus Hamburg,der schönsten Partnerstadt der Welt

tout est parfait! y sommes allé 2 fois. saveurs, deco, service, vue sur l'opéra, la cathédrale et la Résidence. un régal! que du plaisir!
