Ettenheimmünster : Michelin's recommendations

This town lies in the attractive valley of Münster. It was formerly the seat of a Benedictine monastery, of which only a well-proportioned pilgrim church remains. The region abounds in footpaths. Visitors may also be interested to know that it was in the valley of Münster that the orange-coloured strong-tasting Munster cheese is said to have been invented by monks.
