This brick Gothic basilica, built in 1335, possesses rich decoration because it was temporarily the church of the court of the Dukes of Mecklemburg. Note the triumphal cross, the altarpiece, and the Renaissance funerary monuments. The most striking works, however, are the Güstrow Apostles.
