Kappelrodeck : Michelin's recommendations

This small village, surrounded by vineyards and located on the tourist railway, is proud of its handsome half-timbered houses. The town's emblem, Rodeck Castle which dates from the 11C, was remodelled during the Renaissance. The town is also renowned for its wines and you should make sure you taste both the Dasenstein (similar to a Burgundy) and the red Waldum.
