Hidden away in one of the most picturesque parts of Lübeck's old town, in a gabled building dating from the 16C, the Theatre Puppet Museum presents one of the richest collections of puppets in the world. Fritz Frey has brought together pieces from the 18C, 19C and 20C, from Europe, Africa and Asia. Not far from the museum is the Puppet Theatre, which regularly puts on shows.
