The Fetz family have been running this hotel with commitment and passion for almost 20 years. Ludger Fetz has now left the kitchen, leaving Tobias Eisele alone to produce the refined and strictly seasonal cuisine.       Pros

      Everything about this place was perfect. Warm, friendly staff, little ameuse-bouches, imaginative, visually appealing dishes. The pace of the service was just right. A sophisticated, elegant room and a wonderful evening.
