This mixed group of buildings was built between 1829 and 1844 in the beautiful landscaped gardens of Sanssouci. The group includes an Italian country house, arcades, a pergola, Antique Baths, a Roman temple and a tea pavilion. The interior decoration of the baths is most tasteful, adorned with statues, mosaics, graceful metal furniture, painted floors and alcoves.
