The rocky base onto which the castle (16-17C) was built explains the irregularity of its floor plan. It formed part of the abbey. The Castle Museum houses paintings from the Italian and Flemish schools of the 16C and 17C. See the Abbess' Reception Room, the Throne Room and the Princes' Hall.
