Installed in a Renaissance building, the Bread museum was started on the initiative of an Ulm entrepreneur who since 1950 has built up a very large collection illustrating 8000 years of cultural and social history of bread. Various objects and works are used to illustrate this history. Films and dioramas complete the information.
