Deutlich positive Entwicklung der Servicequalität. MA strahlen mehr Ruhe und Kompetenz aus. Das Speisenangebot wurde deutlich erweitert und verbessert.

Seit unserem letzten Besuch in diesem Restaurant des A-Rosa List/Sylt hat sich die Qualität deutlich verbessert.

Cons

Service leider im Verhältnis zu den anderen Restaurants zu auffällig. Es fehlt noch die Ruhe und Unauffälligkeit eine Spitzenservice. Bei der hohen Qualität des ital. Buffets bedarf es einer entsprechenden Aufmerksamkeit beim Anrichten. (fehlende Bestecke etc.)
