      Pros

      Sehr entspannte und doch anspruchsvolle Atmosphäre, jeder Gang war sehr filigran - jedoch ohne Übertreibung in Richtung der oft geübten Teller.Ikebana. In Verbindung mit den Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels SChloss Elmau lohnt sich jeder Umweg. Weinkarte ist hervorragend bestückt.

      Teilweise etwas zu lange Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen.

      Pros

      Sehr gemütliches und wohnliches Ambiente. Warme Farben, viel Raum und eine hochwertige Einrichtung. Der Service war unaufgeregt, freundlich und professionell. Optisch sehr ansprechende Präsentation der Speisen auf wunderschönem Porzellan. Gute Weinbegleitung. Große Flexibilität bei der Menuewahl.
